These are deers of Nara, a small city in Japan. (Capital City of Nara). They are mostly fed by tourists and have taken up the tradition of bowing as a thanks. That's not to say it's less dangerous though. They do it for the biscuits, and not giving them a biscuit after making them bow isn't always too smart.
When i saw the video, i was amazed on how these two interact with each other. And another was this deers of Nara, i've never seen one before but hopefully im gonna visit japan for that one.
