I know who this character is! It the Titan Giant from this manga. Where the humans are attacked by Giants who devour them, they been safe in these huge cities but then this Titan appears skinless it smashes a hole into the wall letting the smaller Giants in to devour the humans in the cities Dammit can't rember the manga name but awesome manga!
