Seiyu is the Japanese arm of Walmart. "Basupura" or "baspra" stands for "basuketto puraizu" - or "basket price"; the approximate price of a single shopping basket filled with standard household goods. Seiyu has (apparently*) managed to have the lowest "basket price" for two years running, and is advertising this fact in typical Japanese fashion with synchronised dance routine television ads.

isn't all that wtf to me, looks like some of the commercials we have here. Looks more like a womens product commercial.
