Though I would hate to admit it (no offence to any Japanese people), this photo is from Korea. The bottle labels are in Korean - in fact I remember reading that this was taken at an actress's (I forget who it was) meeting with her adoring fans.

Actually this photo was taken (and photoshopped, indeed) in Korea. A fan-meeting event of relatively nameless actress was held, and it happened to be awkward as fuck with few otakus and some coke bottles. So it quickly became a meme in Korean internet 5-6 years ago I think.
You don't hear it on TV or read it in the newspapers but it exists!... Coca Cola addiction! *Addicted since 1886* ;P
