Rabi papa is a yonkoma manga by Hiroyuki Yasuda, published in the bimonthly magazine Manga Erotics F. The comics have been collected into two tankobon, the latter one being available on Japanese Amazon. I couldn't find any scanlations or torrents.
The live action adaptation is directed by Shunichiro Miki, who co-wrote Funky Forest, of which several clips have appeared on wtfjs before:
