Apparently it's from a fairly racy anime called "Memory of Oblivion" which is about humans fighting against monsters. The farmer in this scene is one of the monsters.
I was sitting there thinking, "Well this is weird, but nothing out of the usual oddities that comes with anime." the guy drinks the milk, I see the video's almost over and I'm about to shrug off the video when there's a fucking explosion in the background. Totally caught me off guard, well played.

haha, It's been a while since I've seen that one XD. Melody of Oblivion is actualy pretty good if you like weird analogies ;p I recall that one of my roommate event get the same tattoo as one of the characters.

The Melody of Oblivion (忘却の旋律 Bōkyaku no Senritsu?) is an anime series by J.C.Staff, with some involvement from Gainax. "Invovlement from Gainax." The same people who made Evangelion. That explains everything.
