I don't think the human bobsledder is Japanese. in fact I don't see how this is related to Japan at all besides the fact that they had a show about it.
but technicality junk aside, this would totally make going to school worth it.
To the guy whining that the motorcyclist let him win. You saw he passed the suit in the straight aways but the turns were too sharp and he had to slow down to make the turns and thats when the roller suit would pass him up. There was a sharp turn just before the finish line is why the roller suit won. Not to meantion if you watch the cyclist he looks pretty worried about hitting the guy in the roller suit.
EPIC <3 This would be SO awesome to actually see IRL; However, I can't help but think of how dangerous this is. Even within "controlled" boundaries, something so simple as hitting a decent sized rock &/or a single wheel getting stuck would be a nasty end for this dude. ;A;
What is terrible is that it is actually considered a sport. In Europe in the mountains in France they actually have annual tournaments where people race, generally half the contestants have to quit due to broken bones and stuff.
